The Music Division of Acht Töne offers the following piano courses:
The private one-to-one advanced piano training course is arranged for invidual at different ages, with different expectations. With specially selected learning materials, customized study plans, the course guarantees an efficient progress and helps students reach the objective levels.
Introductory course for children is given in a small class with 3~5 students, which will help them learn music in a fully relaxing environment.
Piano Duet course target the students with basis. They would play the piano together, learning how to listen and cooperate with each other.
The course of music theory and Solfeggio is aimed at training students with a better comprehensibility to understand and appreciate western music, both its content and style. Our students would improve their sense of definite pitch by taking courses.
Profile of our piano teacher：
Nianci Liu, a Chinese piano musician and tutor
Since 6 years old, Nianci Liu has been studying piano and music theory, under the guidance of two famous masters: Yuan Xie and Juncheng Yan. At 11 years old, her piano performance was broadcast on Tianjin-TV, which were then collected in a CD-album and published. She was involved in several piano competitions and won a lot of prizes. At 12, she was successfully admitted by Affliated School of Tianjin Conservatory of Music. In 2008, she was admitted to Hochschule für Künste Bremen. With the guidance from Prof. Seibert and Prof. Rutowski, she got her bachelor and master degree of piano performance. She has participated in multiple masterclass from professional pianists, such as Arie Vardi, Pi-Hsien Chen, Sorin Enachescu. With her effort, she had perfected her skills and improved her understanding of performing. She has successfully organized solo recitals and indoor concerts, such as Haus der Wissenschaft Bremen, Steingraeber & Söhne Klavierkonzert. According to her excellent performance in the concert of Steingraeber & Söhne Bayreuth, she was named by a cultural newspaper as a youth pianist with charming performance and superb techniques. She studied in 2013 at Hochschule für musik, Theater und Medien Hannover， guided by Prof Oakden, head of piano department, focusing on piano performance and Children's music enlightenment.
In 2015, Nianci Lui obtained her master degree of music in piano performance with excellent academic records. After that, she went to Frankfurt and started to explore her career in music education and performance. Working as accompanist, piano and childhood music tutor, she gained rich teaching experience in art Kindergartens and music training institutes of China and Germany. Her students are outstanding and highly prized in many music examinations and competitions. Currently, she is primarily working as a piano accompanist and teacher for Chinese dancing school and Chinese art performance groups. She is now a member of Deutschen Musikverein, Deutschen Vereins der Frankfurter Künstlerclub, also a coorperation partner of Steinway & Sons. In 2017, she founded Acht-Töne Music and Art School in Frankfurt.
